Ingredients:
3 eggs (beaten) |
2/3 cup pumpkin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
3/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup chopped nuts |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
6 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup powdered sugar |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredient,fold in flour,baking powder,and nuts last. 2. Put in a greased and floured 18x10 jelly roll pan. 3. Bake 375* for 15-20 minutes. 4. Flop out on a dish towel,sprinkle with powdered sugar, roll up and let cool. 5. Filling: Mix until smooth. 6. Unroll cake and spread with filling. 7. reroll and chill. 8. Slice to serve. 9. freezes well. |
