Another great recipe with cream cheese and pumpkin. The taste is just wonderful, and it's another one of those easy recipes - Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
2/3 cup pumpkin |
3/4 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon clove |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softrened |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, add sugar, pumpkin and rest of ingredients in order. Grease/flour 15x10x1 cookie sheet. Spread mixture on sheet. Top with nuts and bake at 375F for 17 minutes. 2. Turn on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll in towel and cool. 3. Unroll after cooling and spread with filling. Should look like a pinwheel. |
