This might be a Bisquick recipe. I always end up having a can or two of pumpkin left after the holidays. This is a nice, easy way to use it up. Ingredients:
3 cups bisquick |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
4 eggs |
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour Bundt pan. 2. Beat all ingredients on low 30 seconds. Beat on medium 3 minutes. 3. Spread in pan. Bake 50 minutes or until you pass the toothpick test. 4. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. 5. Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and 1-2 Tbs. milk beaten together. |
