This is an easy tasty recipe, for someone who might want the flavor of pumpkin but not in a pie. Also this version is more of a low fat type. I have made this without the pumpkin pie spice, and it is still good. Read more Ingredients:
1 (4 serving) pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 cup canned pumpkin |
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice |
2 cups skim milk |
1/4 cup cool whip lite |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine the dry pudding mix, pumpkin, spice and milk. 2. Mix well using a wire wisk. 3. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. 4. Top each with 1 Tbsp. lite cool whip. 5. Refridgerate till ready to serve. |
