Tasty alternative to pumpkin pie. Use Jell-o Sugar Free, fat free vanilla pudding mix, I just put corn starch to get the calories/dietary info close. Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin, canned |
2 cups skim milk |
3 1/3 tbsp cornstarch (actually 1 package jello fat/sugar free vanilla pudding...much tastier, just had to get the calories) |
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Mix pudding, refrigerate for 5 minutes. 2. Mix in pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice 3. Spoon into 1/2 servings and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. |
