From an old Vegetarian Times. Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup cooked pumpkin |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Distribute among 6 custard cups and bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes. 2. Serve with coconut. |
