Yummy fall dessert. Can even be put into a pie shell if you desire. Ingredients:
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding |
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk |
1 3/4 cups pumpkin puree |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Beat pudding and milk in large bowl. 2. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. 3. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice, mix well. 4. Spoon into dessert dishes. 5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. 6. Top with whipped cream. |
