I have not tried this recipe. I got the recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
3/4 cup water or 3/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup pumpkin puree |
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (1 scoop) |
1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla syrup |
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 (1 g) packet splenda sugar substitute |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a small blender. 2. Process until slushy. |
