Nice for the fall! From a Holiday Season book. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
3/4 cup skim milk |
3/4 cup florida orange juice |
1 cup canned pumpkin |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. 2. Spoon into eight (6 ounce) custard cups. 3. Place in pan filled with 1 inch hot water. 4. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 5. Cool. 6. Sprinkle with nutmeg. |
