Each serving is 3/4 Cup. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding. Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt |
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 tablespoon pecans, chopped, plus 1 teaspoon |
Directions:
1. Combine well the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. 2. Spoon into 2 chilled dessert dishes and sprinkle with the pecans. Serve. |
