Great for Holidays Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree, chilled |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk, chilled |
1 cup container low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
whipped topping or cool whip |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except whipped topping. 2. Blend well. 3. Top with whipped topping and pinch of pumpkin pie spice. |
