Pumpkin Pie Smoothie: 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 to 1 whole frozen banana cut in chunks, 1 T ground flax seeds, 1/2 cup kefir or plain yogurt, 1 T cinnamon, ice cubes for desired thickness. If it seems too thick, I add a little more kefir or just plain water.
