I found this recipe on Pam Tremble's My Protein Book. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/4 cup canned pumpkin |
1/4 cup ricotta cheese |
2 tablespoons matrix protein powder |
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute |
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Mix all together until smooth. 2. Dig in! |
