A tasty treat for any pumpkin lover Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup biscuit mix |
2 beaten eggs |
2 tablespoons butter, melted (or margarine) |
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
2 tablespoons vanilla |
whipped topping (optional) |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. 2. Transfer to a slow cooker, coated with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Cover. 4. Cook on LOW 6-7 hours. 5. Serve with whipped topping if desired. |
