Pumpkin pie oatmeal Ingredients:
1/4 c soy milk |
6 tbsp water |
1/4 c oatmeal |
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
1/8 c pumpkin |
1 tbsp sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. Combine oatmeal, soy milk, water, and pumpkin pie spice, cook for two minutes. Add in pumpkin and cook for one more minute. Sprinkle sliced almonds and enjoy! If you need extra sweetness, add Stevia or your sweetner of choice. |
