You could use the cheesecake flavored pudding for an even better taste. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 ounces sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (2 boxes) |
2 cups fat-free evaporated milk |
1 cup canned pumpkin |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp cinnamon) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender. Mix well and pour into small 1/2 cup. 2. dessert dishes. 3. Refrigerate. |
