Uses fresh pumpkin. Had to add for rice milk vanilla (not in database) and subtract for fresh pumpkin (fewer calories than canned which is auto in database) Ingredients:
7/10 c pumpkin |
1/4 c. honey |
2 eggs |
1/2 t cinnamon |
1/4 t ground ginger |
1/4 t ground cloves |
1/4 t allspice |
1 c rice milk |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs lightly. 2. Combine and pour into crust. 3. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes 4. Lower heat to 350 for 30 minutes. 5. Turn off oven and leave in for 1 hour. |
