This low calorie drink will help get you through the pumpkin pie season - ENJOY! Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1 cup water |
3 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree |
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon agave nectar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and heat on stove to desired temperature (but not boiling! You might scorch the milk). |
