A new way to serve pumkin pie, make it as a dip! Ingredients:
8 oz - cream cheese, soft |
1 - 2 c - powdered sugar |
1 can - pumpkin (15 oz) (not pumkin pie mix) |
1 tsp - cinnamon |
1 – 1 1/2 - ginger powder |
graham crackers / ginger snaps |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. 2. Add pie filling, cinnamon, and ginger, beating well. 3. Cover and chill 8 hours. 4. Serve with Graham Crackers or Ginger Snaps. |
