A good enough substitute for pumpkin pie when you can't afford the calories. Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
2 tbsp pumpkin |
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
1 tbsp raw honey |
Directions:
1. Just mix everything together and eat it up. I like it for lunch on days that I need that little bit more protein than usual. |
