Ingredients:
1 box(es) yellow cake mix reserve 1 c cake mix to use for topping |
1 stick(s) butter melted |
1 egg |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar |
16 ounce(s) can of pumpkin |
2/3 cup(s) evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1 stick(s) butter |
1/4 cup(s) flour |
Directions:
1. Reserve 1 C of cake mix for the topping. To the remainder, add 1 stick of melted butter and one egg. Stir together well and press into a greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. 2. In a large bown mix the 3 eggs, white and brown sugar, pumpkin, evaporated milk and cinnamon. Pour over cake mixture in pan. 3. To the reserved cake mix add the last 3 ingredients, crumble together and sprinkle over pumpkin mixture in pan. Bake 350 for 50-60 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream. |
