This easy cake uses a cake mix and canned pumpkin to give you that pumpkin pie taste with all the gooey buttery goodness of a dump-cake. Ingredients:
1 large can of pumpkin (not pie filling) |
1 1/2 cup sugar |
1 can evaporated milk |
4 eggs |
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice |
1 yellow cake mix (duncan hines moist is good) |
2 sticks melted butter |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350. 2. Mix the first five ingrediants. 3. Pour this mixture into a greased 11 x 13 pan. 4. Shake the cake mix over the mixture. 5. Pour the melted butter over the cake mix. 6. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. 7. Bake for 1 hour and 15 fminutes. |
