Great pumpkin pie, and easy!
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon clove
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 (9 inch) pie shells
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine ingredients, except for pie shell, in large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
3. Pour into 9-inch pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or when knife comes out clean.
4. Cover and cool. Serve.
