Great pumpkin pie, and easy! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup evaporated milk |
3 eggs |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
1 tablespoon dark molasses |
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 (9 inch) pie shells |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Combine ingredients, except for pie shell, in large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed. 3. Pour into 9-inch pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or when knife comes out clean. 4. Cover and cool. Serve. |
