My DD can eat this almost as soon as it gets out of the machine. It is really good with a bit of real butter Ingredients:
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
9 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon dried lemon peel |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
6 tablespoons canned pumpkin |
3 ounces warm water |
3 ounces orange juice |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the bread machine in order given directed by for your machine (generally liquid, then dry ingredients, topped by yeast). 2. Set machine 1 1/2 lb loaf to go and walk away until it beeps. |
