Ingredients:
14 ounce(s) can sweetened condensed milk |
16 ounce(s) canned pumpkin |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean. Cool & serve. |
