Ingredients:
1-15oz can(s) pumpkin |
1-14oz can(s) sweetened condensed milk |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg |
1 pinch(s) ground cloves |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 tablespoon(s) brandy |
1 prepared pie crust uncooked |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Place crust nto pie pan and arrange so that edges are crimped. Bake crust 10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. 3. With wire whisk, beat all remaining ingredients until well mixed, and pour into crust. 4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. |
