my own recipe. Use 1 large can of pumpkin. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger |
1/2 teaspoon clove |
4 eggs |
1 (28 ounce) can pumpkin |
2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk |
2 unbaked pie shells |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425* F. Mix spices together in small bowl. Beat eggs together in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin, sugar, and spice mixture. Stir in milk. Bake 15 minute Reduce heat to 350* and bake 40-50 minute. |
