1/2 cup evaporated milk |

1 cup pumpkin, cooked and strained (or squash) |
1 teaspoon flour |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 dash ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices, and salt. 2. Bake in hot oven (450F) for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350F and bake 40-50 minutes until firm. |
