2 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Place mixture in 9 inch pie crust. 4. bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. 5. allow to cool substantially, but if you can't wait, it's delicious hot too! |
