This is a family favorite at Thanksgiving. This pie has a lot of spice. Ingredients:
1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin |
5 1/2 tablespoons flour (heaping) |
2 cups sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
5 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 1/2 teaspoons allspice |
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
2 cups evaporated milk |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Mix pumpkin with dry ingredients. 2. Mix 2 cups evaporated milk and 2 cups water. Add milk and water to dry ingredients and mix well. 3. Bake 425 for 15 minutes. 4. Reduce temperature to 375 for 30-40 minutes. |
