this is a s a cake mix dessert there are others that are close but this one is a little different its probably older than the other recipes here its from sally grosserode would be good at thankgiving and church functions Ingredients:
17 ounces canned pumpkin |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon clove |
6 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups evaporated milk |
18 ounces yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. mix together the pumpkin spices sugar salt. 2. add eggs vanilla and canned milk 3. pour into greased 9x13 pan. 4. mix cake mix and butter togehter. 5. sprinkle over pumkin mix. 6. top with pecans 7. bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes. |
