I was looking for a recipe to use up the last of my Pecans and came across this in an old tattered recipe book Ingredients:
2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin |
1 cup ground pecans |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and. 2. Cook over low heat for 15 - 20 mins or until blended stirring frequently. 3. Store covered in refrigerator for up to 2 months. |
