Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. 2. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add butter and pumpkin. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 4. Heat extra butter on griddle over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Flip when bubbly on top. 5. Makes 20. |
