Yummy but heavy - will fill you UP! Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 tbsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp ginger |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tbsp brown sugar |
1 egg |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1/2 cup pumpkin |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients, dry then moist then combine, cook at mediumhigh heaat until brown each side serve with honey and butter |
