This is a quick go to recipe for a great pancake. My family prefers these pancakes to original. They are great in the fall or all year round. I serve with scrambled eggs and bacon. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 egg |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon butter flavor extract |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
8 tablespoons pumpkin puree |
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. 2. Put the bisquick in a mixing bowl. 3. Wisk milk, egg, extracts, cinnamon, and puree together in a seperate bowl. 4. Pour liquid mixture over bisquick and stir until well mixed. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto ungreased, preheated griddle. 6. When batter begins to bubble up it is time to turn. 7. Turn the pancakes and let cook for 1-2 more minutes until done. 8. Serve with warm maple syrup. |
