This is an easy and delicious that DOES tases just as good with either pumpkin or squash - just try it - you will like it!! Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin or 1 cup squash |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup molasses |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 cup evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and beat together with a mixer. pour into pastry lined pie pan. 2. Bake at 425F for about 20 minutes, then at 375F for 20-25 minutes. 3. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream. |
