RIDICULOUSLY healthy & easy to make. I actually use 2 T of the light sugar blend, but it won't let me add it and its half the calories of reg. sugar Ingredients:
15 oz pumpkin |
2 cups oats |
1/3 c unsweetened applesauce |
1/3 cup yogurt, nonfat |
1 t sugar |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, adding oats last. 2. Let sit for 15 minutes & preheat oven to 350. 3. Drop spoonfuls ontp waxpaper lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until edges turn brown. (You kind of need to flatten them a little bit, they don't really spread out on thier own). 4. OPTIONAL: Topping suggestions - glaze, vanilla frosting, brown sugar, powdered sugar |
