Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Mix together oats and milk (or use water as alternative) in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cook on high for about 2 minutes (depending on microwave).
3. Add more milk or oats to achieve the desired consistency, and cook for another 20-30 seconds.
4. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon sugar. Heat through, and serve.
