Delicious fall-type breakfast, all year long. Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats |
2 tbs pumpkin puree |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
1/4 tsp vanilla |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup water |
1 tbs walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix oats, milk, water, and spices in small pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Top with walnuts or additional toppings. |
