Low fat, lower calorie bread
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cups oats
8 ounces pumpkin
1/2 cup applesauce
3 egg whites
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide batter into two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
