Low fat, lower calorie bread Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cups oats |
8 ounces pumpkin |
1/2 cup applesauce |
3 egg whites |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide batter into two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
