3/4 cup pumpkin, canned |
1/3 cup milk |
1 large egg |
1 tablespoon butter, softened |
2 1/3 cups white bread flour |
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. 2. Select Basic bread cycle and start machine. 3. Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf. 4. *Totoast pecans, place in a shallow baking pan. 5. Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until pecans are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. 6. Cool. |
