Modified from Master Cook Ingredients:
3 cups sugar |
1 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2/3 cup water |
2 cups pumpkin, canned |
3 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon clove |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, oil, eggs, salt, cinnamon, water and pumpkin until well blended. 2. Add Flour, ginger, cloves, baking soda, vanilla, and nuts. 3. Mix well. 4. Bake in muffin cups at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
