low calorie pumpkin muffins Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk, dry, nonfat, regular |
6 tbsp. whole wheat flour |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1/2 cup grated carrots |
2 eggs |
398 ml pumpkin |
6 tsp. brown sugar |
6 tsp. white sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 c. apple, chopped |
6 tbsp. wheat bran |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Mix other ingredients and fold into dry mixture. Mix well. Spray muffin tins with Pam 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. |
