I got this from a friend who made a recipe her own. It tastes fantastic and we make it every year for thanksgiving. Estimated time does not include chill time. Ingredients:
16 ounces canned pumpkin |
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 1/3 ounces instant butterscotch pudding mix |
3 1/2 cups cool whip |
3/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Mix pudding and milk. 2. Blen in Pumpkin and Spice. 3. Add 2 cups Cool Whip. 4. Pour into pie crust. 5. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. 6. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 7. Chill 4 hours. |
