I got this from a friend who made a recipe her own. It tastes fantastic and we make it every year for thanksgiving. Estimated time does not include chill time.
Ingredients:
16 ounces canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/3 ounces instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 1/2 cups cool whip
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Mix pudding and milk.
2. Blen in Pumpkin and Spice.
3. Add 2 cups Cool Whip.
4. Pour into pie crust.
5. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Chill 4 hours.
