This is a very tasty, light dessert for pumpkin lovers like myself! Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 16 oz can pumpkin |
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding |
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
1 cup milk |
4 oz cool whip |
gingersnaps |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy 2. Beat in pumpkin 3. Add pudding (dry) and spice 4. Gradually beat in milk 5. Fold in whipped cream and chill 6. Garnish with gingersnaps |
