Yummy served warm, add a bit of light cool whip, and it tastes almost like pumpkin pie without the guilt! Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin, canned |
1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice |
2 grams splenda |
1/4 tsp vanilla extract |
3 tsp skim milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with a miixer or blender until fluffy. Serve warmed up or cold. |
