Definitely not vegan or diet friendly but man does it taste awesome if you don't feel like making a pumpkin pie. Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree |
2 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt (or be decadent and go for the ice cream) |
1/2 cup ice |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Pulse all the ingredients in a blender until fully mixed. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or mint leaves. |
