Pumpkin Meringue Pie

Ingredients:
1 can(s) condensed milk
2 cup(s) cooked mashed pumpkin
3 eggs, seperated
1 jar(s) marshmallow creme (17oz)
1 pie crust, deepdish
1.5 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice
0.5 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks until lemon colored, add pumpkin, milk salt, and spice. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
2. Beat egg whites at room temp util foamy. Gradually add the marshmallow creme. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie, sealing to edge of pastry. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes until golden brown.
