But the result of introducing pumpkins and pancakes has been the best so far. Read more . This is a very simple recipe if you use commercial pancake flour: Just follow the instructions on the package to make 8 pancakes and add the following ingredients to the mixture Ingredients:
1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree |
1/2 tbsp cinnamon |
1 tbsp vanilla extract |
1 tbsp unsweetened powder cocoa |
1/2 tbsp ground ginger |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk until you obtain a light orange, smooth batter 2. Cook pancakes as you usually do. |
