This is an easy recipe, and good any time of year. I like it without the nuts, but left the recipe the way my Grandmother told it to me. Ingredients:
3 cups bisquick |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 cup chopped nutmeats |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients at low speed for 30 seconds. 2. Then medium speed for 4 minutes. 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. 4. Cool and glaze. |
